FAQs

Why is it so important to follow the dress code?                                                                            Following a dress code teaches them structure, discipline, and responsibilities. It is also very distracting when they are not dressed properly to themselves, the other dancers and the staff.

Why do we have to pay a recital fee?
Recital fees pay for the venue, costume fees pay for the costume and ticket fees pay for our staff at the events.

Why can’t parents watch in the room?
Watching in the room can be very distracting to your dancer and the rest of the class.                                                                                         They will feed off your energy and authority and may often times not listen to the instructor

Why don't parents go backstage?
Parents backstage make things more hectic and distracting. We have seasoned staff backstage to assist them.

Why isn't my child in (this) class?                                                                               Children are first placed in the class that best fits their age, if they are excelling beyond that we will move them up. Either way, we are fully qualified dance professionals that know what class/level is best for your child. What is right for one dancer may not be the case for another; we work very hard to make sure that each child is getting the dance education that is right for them.
